The Appartments

Nestled within lush gardens, the 5-floor
apartment building is located on Rue Melki
and overlooks the remains of the ancient
Roman Hippodrome, historical villas, and
charming townhouses.
The design by world-renowned architect David
Chipperfield is inspired by the traditional buildings
of the neighborhood, with their notable arches,
reinterpreted to give the building its most striking
element: a skin that elegantly drapes the façade,
serving to bring unity and harmony to the project.
The building consists of apartments of a variety of
sizes catering to specific needs, including apartments
and duplexes with private gardens.

The Duplexes

Two duplexes occupy the lower floors of the apartment building, providing private luxurious living, spread over 540 m2, in addition to a spacious 130 m2 private garden. The floor to ceilings windows and doors provide ample natural light and exposure to lush greenery.
The duplexes provide a lifestyle that is perfectly balanced between elegant interiors with 3.45 m ceiling height, and luscious outdoor spaces rich with greenery and comfort.

The Upper Floors

Apartments on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors provide a life of contemporary luxury and privacy, benefiting from a beautiful height under ceiling of 3.45 meters complementing the smart use of space.
Generous balconies, framed by elegant arches, provide access to charming views of gardens and tiled rooftops. The apartments vary in size, between 299 m2 and 598 m2.
